This groovy pad is located minutes from Parliament House, the War Memorial and the City Centre. Campbell shops, cafes and restaurants are just around the corner. You'll find all the basic creature comforts and some unexpected delights - a comfortable bed, quiet tree-lined street, a guarantee you'll sleep soundly. Quality and attention to detail is what sets this little gem apart. No-one lives here so all the space is available for you. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, microwave, oven, cooktop, toaster and kettle) and all cutlery and crockery. The queen size bed is really comfortable, bedside lamps and quality linen with a selection of pillows and choice of blankets or doona/douvet. The bathroom has a bath as well as separate shower. The living/dining room faces a quiet, tree lined street. TV with Chromecast and unlimited Wi-Fi. A shared laundry with coin operated washers and dryer is located in an adjoining building and there are outdoor clothes lines. Carport 28 is for your exclusive use and there is guest parking too. If you park on the street please note parking restrictions 9-11am and 2-3pm Mon-Fri. Entry to the main building is keyless and keys to the unit can be accessed 24/7 from a key-safe located beside the front door to the unit. The entire apartment which comprises bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room. Total area is 53 square metres. Carport No 28 and coin operated washing machines and dryer in the laundry in an adjoining building. Located at the foot of Mt Ainslie, Campbell is a lovely tree-lined suburb and within walking distance to the city. The local shops are just around the corner. A walk up Mt Ainslie will reward you with a stunning vista of Canberra and the surrounding mountains. Lake Burley Griffin is only a ten minute walk away. From there it's possible to walk around the foreshore to a number of National museums including National Gallery, National Library, Old Parliament House and others. Canberra is a bike friendly city and dedicated bike paths are within minutes away. Electric scooters are easily found and fun to try. Nearby Constitution Avenue is a major transport route and buses are frequent. There is also a bus stop on Blamey Crescent going to the city. The airport is less than 10 minutes away by car or Uber and costs $25 or less. Bus route R3 runs to and from the airport every 30 minutes (nearest bus stop on Constitution Ave/Blamey Crescent). You’ll find everything you need at the Campbell Shops, less than a five minute walk, around the corner on Blamey Crescent: post office, IGA supermarket, chemist, bottle shop, bakery, cafe and two restaurants as well as a doctor's surgery, hairdresser, dry cleaners and dentist. There’s a bus stop to the city opposite the Shops. You’ll find more places to dine on Constitution Ave, a ten minute walk away.
