This is very new house, built in 2014. All equipment are new and comfortable. You will have a lovely terrace and car space in the center of Tokyo. Near to Shibuya/Nakameguro/Daikanyama. And the famous Sakura spot, Meguro river is just by the side. Walking distance to DaikanyamaT-Site, no worry the time of train or crowd people. :) There are 4 levels (including the roof deck) and bedding for 8+ guests. Three separated rooms and a living room in the house. Perfect for family with kids or even big group. Every floor has a toilet, and the shower/tub/vanity is on the 1st floor. - The first floor: one bed room, one bathroom and one toilet. The bed room has one sofa bed and one futon - The second floor: kitchen, one toilet and living room We could prepare one sofa bed and one futon in the living room - The third floor: two bed rooms and one toilet There are two beds in each room. We have a car parking space, so you can rent car or drive your own car to stay here. The private roof terrace will give you a special view of Tokyo. Following facilities are provided: - Comfortable futon sets - Kitchenware - Free Internet at home - Pocket WiFi (JPY 300 / Day) - Refrigerator and Microwave - Digital TV - Hair Dryer - Clean linens, pillowcases, and quilt - Clean bath towels All except those places marked with "Staff Only". We would be happy to drop by say hello, and if you want, show you around this area. :) #Convenience life environment Big supermarkets (24 hours) are just 5 mins by walking. The convenience stores are 2 mins, and so many family restaurants nearby. #Great Location! Reach the main areas of Tokyo in short time - 3 minutes walk on foot to the nearest bus stop, which connect to Shibuya directly. - 7 minutes walk on foot to Ikejiri-Ohashi station, which is 3 mins to Shibuya station, 15 mins to Shinjuku station. - Walking distance to Shibuya, Nakameguro, and Daikanyama. - Direct connection with Narida airport and Haneda airport by airport bus. - Direct connection to Hakone and Mt. Fuji by highway bus. The check out time is 10 am, and the check in time is 4 pm. Because the cleaning staff will come to clean the room after 10 am, All luggage need to be packed.
