Situated in a National Parc with valleys, rivers, chateaux, caves this area is a popular area to visit. Lots of open space. We are situated 3km outside of the nearest village, Saint Paul la Roche, in a peaceful rural setting. This beautiful Perigordian cottage has been renovated to a high standard, yet keeps all of its original features, stone sink, fireplace and wooden beams. Kitchen: Fully equipped oak fitted kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge freezer. 2 bedrooms; master bedroom with kingsize bed Twin bedroom Bathroom with bath and over shower Lounge with leather sofas, flat screen tv with UK channels, wood burning stove Outside: 2 large patio doors, one set from the kitchen and the other set from the lounge leading to the patio with table, chairs & BBQ. Table tennis table and badminton net on the grass infront of the patio. *The pool is open from May to Sept The pool is shared with the guests from the Granary (max of 5 other guests if it is booked) Guests have full use of the cottage, patio and swimming pool. We meet and greet our guests, show you the property and advise on places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Lots of leaflets and maps in the cottage to help you with your sightseeing. Set on top of a hillside in 100 acres with amazing views. 3km walk to the nearest village. We are quiet and secluded, perfect for guests looking for peace and tranquillity, nature and lovely views. We are in a rural location. A car is needed to get into town. *The Granary is adjacent to the cottage and share the pool if it is rented out at the same time, which is rare out of season. *We are rural and a car is needed. *The swimming pool is open from May to September weather permitting. It is also heated, again weather permitting. *The property is not to exceed the number of guests it accommodates. *No additional guests are to be invited during your stay. *We are situated in the countryside and therefore the internet connection can drop out, if an internet connection is absolutely imperative to your holiday enjoyment then you need to be aware of this. (4G is available) *The property is to be left in the clean tidy condition it is supplied. Cleaning products are available as is a cleaner at additional cost if you so wish.
