As mentioned studio is fully furnished this includes washing machine, fridge, microwave, double bed, iron and ironing board and lots more basically all that's needed when starting out or living away from home. We maintain the grounds and garden so are around often. Close to Blacktown CBD, where it is filled with shopping at Westpoint and places to eat in suburban setting. Best way to get around, public transport bus stops in front of the house. Train station is also 15 minute walk from the house both buses and trains run regularly through out the day. The place is not suitable for parties or gatherings as it is quite small. Keep the noise to a minimum.
