This spacious, ground floor apartment is one of nine, located within the gated Chateau Impney Estate. We are close to the M5, ideally placed for Birmingham Airport & the NEC. The area around us is perfect for exploring & for days out. The Impney Estate is privately owned & whilst guests will need to adhere to certain restrictions, it is a beautiful location with the John Corbett Way walk on the doorstep. For motor enthusiasts the head quarters of Fisher Auto Group is located on the Estate. The apartment has been recently (Spring 2020) painted and decorated with new carpet throughout. Spacious inside, it also has its own private patio with furniture and full sized table tennis table making it an ideal place for relaxing. Motor enthusiasts can enjoy, by prior appointment, a tour of the restoration and prestige vehicle businesses located on site. This part of Worcestershire is rich in rural activities, walks, stately homes and the apartment is very close to the West Midland Safari Park, the Severn Valley Railway and the Malvern Hills. The estate itself has restricted access to our guests but we will advise you on arrival which areas you can use. The apartment is yours to use and we will only visit if essential for your safety or at your request. We also have the upstairs apartment which we occasionally use if it is not booked out to guests. Otherwise we are contactable by phone or email. The Impney Estate has a real countryside feel with fabulous views across to the Malverns. There is a railway station in Droitwich Spa with links further afield (Birmingham and Worcester for example) as well as a regular bus service. The Impney Estate is minutes away from junction 5 of the M5 making it ideal for road access further afield. The Impney Estate is a working estate. Also, the apartments are currently being refurbished for rental and there are others who live and have their home in the same block as our apartments.
