Welcome to Silvan33 modern apartment. The apartment is situated in the old town Novi Sad district. It is 5 min walk to city center and 20 min walk to Petrovaradin fortress where the best Major European festival EXIT is located. Also the biggest and the most beautiful Danube beach, Štrand is only 10 min walk. With it's quiet neighborhood it is a perfect place to rest after long walks on Fruška Gora nature resort and sightseeing. The apartment is really cozy and perfect for 4 guests. The bed room has a king size bed and a floor to sealing closet. Living room has a sofa that opens and can accommodate two persons. The kitchen has a double stove cooker and it's equipped with all essential items. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a possibility to use a washing machine. You will be having all the place to your selves + huge garden at the back of the building which is accessible to all the tenets. The neighborhood is really quiet with no traffic. The street is small and full of trees and greenery since it is not one of the major streets in the city center. You won't be needing a car as the apartment is near to all the major city attractions. If you come with the car you can park in a street nearby if you find a spot, no charge. If you do not find any place there, the parking is paid from 8am to 9pm on weekdays 40 RSD per hour. Saturday from 8am to 3pm and on Sundays is free. We offer the possibity to pick you up at the airport and drive you to the appartment and back. Please note that this is an extra charge. If you are interested please let me know at the time of the booking. All of you cycle lovers are more then welcome to stay , since we have a bicycle storage where you can keep safe your precious travel buddies.
