Design apartment centrally located with Oslo's most popular beach just around the corner. A 15 minutes walk from Central station and Bus station. The 74 m2 apartment has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. You have two balconies that ensure sun both early and late in the day. Enjoy panoramic views of the sea, opera, islands and a bustling life in Oslo's newest district. Bedroom 1: 12m² + a little balcony with canal view, a small table and two chairs where you can enjoy breakfast and the morning sun. The room has a large closet with many hangers. The bed is 160x200 cm equipped with the award-winning and exclusive Emma classic mattress. Bedroom 2: 8m² has a view to both the canal and the fjord. The room is equipped with a designer desk and chair from Boconsept and a closet. A comfortable bed of 140x190 provides enough space for two. Bathroom: 5m²: Sink, mirror, large cupboard and bench space and toilet. Samsung washer and Samsung dryer are at your disposal. Living room and kitchen: 42m² with windows to panoramic views! Enjoy breakfast or dinner at a dining table with five chairs or enjoy a good movie from a Danish three-seater design sofa. The living room is equipped with a new 55 "LG Qled smart TV with 28 channels on T-We app, Netflix, HBO Nordic, Apple TV + and YouTube - with sound coming from quality speakers from Apple HomePod. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, stove and induction hob from Miele, Jura coffee machine, Samsung microwave and Magimix blender.The kitchen is well equipped with plate, glass, cups, pots, frying pans and other equipment you need for cooking and baking. Balcony (access from living room): 10m²with sea to almost all sides! A soft sofa, table and chairs to enjoy the view. Feel free to turn on the heat lamp (remote control) when it gets a little cool in the air. Hallway: 9m² with Norman Copenhagen shoe shelf, Hay coat hanger and a bench. You will access to the whole apartment during your stay. I will be available on phone, SMS and emails if you have questions during your stay. In just a few years, Sørenga in Oslo has been transformed from a container area into a brand new neighborhood by the fjord. The area consists of apartment complexes with exciting architectural design, and invites both residents and visitors to enjoy life by the fjord. A green park with several canals extends throughout the residential area. At the far end of Sørengutstikkeren you will find Sørenga Sjøbad, Oslo's most central bathing spot and a popular place to go out during the summer months. Several restaurants in the harbor area invite to good meals in maritime surroundings, with views to landmarks such as Barcode, the Opera and Akershus Fortress. Sørenga is also a popular place for kayaking. Sørenga is within walking distance of Oslo S (railway station) and Oslo bus station. It takes about 10-15 minutes to stroll to the apartment. On hot summer days, thousands of people gather at Sørenga. On less hot days it is peaceful and quiet in the area. Restaurants and bars on Sørenga close between 22 and 23 in the evening. There is a 24-hour security guard at Sørenga to ensure night rest. But occasionally, some happy night swimmers can make some noise. Then you may want to close the window in the bedrooms. Also note that between guest stays a small dog lives in the apartment (but not when you rent the place!). There may therefore be traces of dog hair in the apartment. Please note that the apartment is only available to guests who do not have symptoms of COVID-19 infection.
