5 Ardross Place Room 4

No 5 Ardross Place room 4 is a basic double room like a backpackers hostel type accommodation so no frills budget accommodation. Its very close to the city center about 10 mins walk to the train & bus station & is situated in a small quite street. new shower room installed. shower room , Wc main bathroom , kitchen , lounge / dinning area are communal. towels are not included in the air B&B price & are charges extra at £1 per towel for hire. No breakfast is available. garden under development Rooms are private but kitchen , bathrooms and lounge areas are communal , shared with other guests. I don't stay on the property but am available by Phone, SMS message, Whats App and email. Im available from 8am to 12 midnight and also have staff to help if any problems arise. quite street close to center. Public car park available 5 mins away next to cathedral. close to center so good facilities within walking distance and good bus and train links.
