The Grand Union Canal is just 100 metres away with 3 large reservoir’s close by, the nearest being just 50 metres from the front door. The area is a popular location for bird watchers and fisherman. College lake Nature reserve is close by with the Chiltern Hills providing a range of interesting walks.
