3 bedroom family house with living room, kitchen and garden. Located 1.5 miles from city centre, with convenient bus service every 10 minutes. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, laundry, parking, and garden. This is a family house that is rented while we are away in the summer/winter. It has a homely feel, but also looks/feels like a family home (e.g. some toys, pictures, etc). Unfortunately this also means some interior walls could use a coat of paint where children have painted on them! But the house is very clean! The property has good views of the countryside to the North, and combines spacious accommodation with convenient access to the city of Bath. Guests have access to all the amenities of the house, including: - Fully equipped kitchen (stove/hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) - Laundry (washer, dryer) - Wifi (fibre-optic) - Television with Freesat - Parking on driveway - Digital Piano We only rent the house while we are away (visiting family out of the country), so we won't see you! Weston village is a quiet neighborhood, located on the Cotswold way, but it is a convenient location to explore the city of Bath. To get to Bath city centre, you can take the #1 bus (40m to stop) every 30 minutes, #14 bus (150m to stop) every 10 minutes, or drive/walk (1.5 miles). Taxis to town cost about £8. There are three bedrooms, with beds as follows: Bedroom 1: King size bed Bedroom 2: Double bed and toddler bed (140cm by 70cm) Bedroom 3: Single bed. Therefore, the property can accommodate up to five adults and one small child (up to about 5 years old).
