We live in a 100 YEAR OLD large semi detached Victorian house in the heart of East London and borders of Essex, Its a magnificent location outside of the city but also within minutes to the city. It's very green and very diverse. You will see people from all walks of life. Behind our home we have a beautiful park that you can enjoy, it has a small boating lake, gym, tennis and basket ball courts , coffee shops and ample green space as well as a Mansion that you can visit for free We treat our Guests like family On offer is a tastefully decorated,very large beautiful spacious and unique room that benefits from large bay windows, a lovely Victorian fire place, and high coved ceilings. The room has benefited from total refurbishment in Apr 2019. The room comprises of double bed and day bed which can double up or can be used as a single bed. You also have access to the kitchen, beautiful large living-dining room and garden. There is a large refurbished modern bathroom which is situated next to the room and It's only for your usage. We offer a Free prepare your own breakfast service, hot or continental *self service* , comprising of tea coffee milk, eggs, cheese, meat, bread, fruit etc etc. Just help yourself. We also have a second room listed in our house. Do check it out in case you are a large group, you may wish to book both rooms. You also have limited access to the kitchen dining room and garden due to covid. If travelling from abroad you will need to self isolate in your room and may need to get tested for covid as per Government guidelines. We cannot permit cooking at this time We provide clean, ironed bed sheets, duvets, pillows and towels. You will have a large 50 inch TV in the room and there is plenty of ambience with great lights. Internet is provided free of charge. We are a very sociable and considerate family. You will experience real culture, warmth, comfort and you will always feel welcomed. We will give you all the best tips to make your stay a great one and save you plenty of money too. This neighbourhood is full of character properties. Mainly Edwardian and Victorian houses. It has a real community feel and people from different cultures and background reside in the area. There are plenty of shops and restaurants , many offer good deals. Many restaurants offer buffets so you can eat until your belly pops !! Or you can go for the healthy alternatives and eat lean and mean. There is a large park situated behind the property which offers peace and tranquility from city life. This is a very nice neighbourhood unlike some parts of London. The Olympic stadium is only 3 metro stops away and it also boasts the largest shopping centre in Europe (Westfield). Getting around is easy as pie. Public transport is in walking distance to the house. 10 buses running from outside the house taking you to the Town Centre, underground or train stations . you can even take a short walk to the stations. A free help continental breakfast is included. We have eggs, cheese, bread, fruits, yoghurt, cereals and juices. The tap water is safe to drink We do not take deposits from you and we rely on trust and verifications. We charge very little for cleaning so please keep our house clean and tidy and abide by corona by regulations From airports Or you can take the cheap Airport transfer bus , train, Uber bolt or Underground (Metro). This is £5 per load after the first load. We have a cat in the house , if you have a cat allergy, please do not book this room.
