Two gates for security and complete tranquility, you are not over looked and the garden areas are secluded, peaceful, no noise from roads just the morning birds in the adjoining woodland to listen to. The top tier has a bonfire pit area for you to have evening fires, tables, tree swing, hammock, sun loungers, bar, bbq (please bring own charcoal). Brand new 7 seater hot tub with hydro jets, bench’s and tables out of the front of property two to sit and over look the valley. Washing machine and tumble dryer, washing line, pullymaid, airer, ironing boards, iron, hair dryer, coffee machine, two HD smart TVS, Bluetooth speakers, games, yoga mat, weights for working out, bedding, towels, welcome pack with milk, teas, fresh ground coffee, jam, biscuits and bubbly ready for your arrival. Sleeps max of 8 guests plus any little ones we have a travel cot which fits in the back bed room nicely. FLEXIBLE BED SET UP 1x king bed in front bedroom 1x double bed and 1x king sofa bed in back bedroom And 1x kings sofa bed in downstairs living room All beds and sofa beds very comfortable firm mattresses and all brand new for November (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Sofa beds feel just as comfortable as a bed as they are not the pull out style and very thick with toppers on.
