The house and studio are available separately on different listings and until COVID-19 we hadn’t thought to list both dwellings together. We are gearing toward this combined listing as it offers guests the opportunity to travel with loved ones, work colleagues, and/or small groups. We don’t live on the property however an office and garage is located on the block. This is used at times during the week and access to the garage (left side of driveway) is required at all times. There is room for 2 cars in front of the house however please ensure the garage access is clear. We respect your privacy and whilst the back courtyard and dwellings are for the use of guests exclusively, Richie or a staff member may at times need to use the office or access the garage for machinery.. this shouldn’t upset your chi too much because the back area and garage is seperate with a fence dividing said areas. Feel free to say hi but we will do our best not to disturb you. Guests have exclusive access to both dwellings on the property. A private courtyard and deck at the front.
