Apartment in former farm house with view on the Vercors. The house is in a rural area, just against a mountain so this blocks the wind, therefore it is quiet and doensn't have the mistral. There is private use of swimming pool and beautiful garden. The house has 2 parts, the part that is connected to the garden with swimming pool is available for rent. It is also possible to rent the entire house, please see our other listing. Downstairs there is a separate shower and toilet, a small kitchen to cook (with American fridge) and a large dining room with access to a cave. There is a large living room with woodstove and by a separate stairs you enter the vide with a library and possibility for 2 persons to sleep as well. With another stairs you reach 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed and great views. Most of the areas can be heated with the CV. The apartment has a beautiful garden with terraces to the south and south west and a large swimming pool (5x10m) that you can use from half May to the end of October. In total there are 2 bedrooms upstairs, but there is another posibility for 2 persons to sleep on the vide. Willem and Lia are available for questions, they live nextdoor. The house is at Quartier Chancelier, the country side near Beaumont-Les-Valence. There is a quiet street with a bit further a nice river the Veore. In the neighborhood there are more houses, between the fields. Next to the apartment is another apartment. Nextdoor there is another house with a French family, both properties are separated by a wall. The smimming pool and garden are on the side of the apartment in this listing, where you will spend most of your time. There are 2 mountain bikes and 2 normal bikes in the garage that can be used. The nearest supermarket is aprox 10 minutes by bike. The house is about 10 minutes from the A7 Route de Soleil, Valcence. The house is on 15 km distance from Valence TGV, easy to reach from Paris and Brussels.
