It has it's own separate entrance and comprises of a cosy living area, an ACed bedroom with a double bed, an attached bathroom (with hot water), a kitchenette and an airy private balcony space with an outdoor dining area. The apartment is a cosy, relaxing and clean space offering complete privacy… This area is classed as inner city, leafy green, premium real estate, as a result, is safe to walk around with many expats living in the area. A tuk-tuk ride will get you to Odel shopping mall, Barefoot, Galle Face Hotel, Green Cabin restaurant, The National Museum, Pettah, Paradise Road Café /shop and other must see spots all within 10-20 minutes (depending on traffic) and costs about 200 rupees per ride.
