Cosy studio apartment in countryside location

The Studio is a private, self-contained annex with its own entrance and parking space, ideally suited for two adults within easy reach of Lancaster, the Lake District, the Fylde Coast and Morecambe Bay. There is a well-equipped, modern kitchen area, a dining area and a comfortable lounge area with TV and coffee tables. The shower room is accessed directly from the sleep area and is clean, fresh and modern. Situated close to M6 J33, the studio is a convenient and restful place to stay. Although the studio is self-contained and private, we are very happy for guests to sit in our garden, should they wish to. We like to give our guests their own space but we are always contactable by phone or email, or by calling at the farmhouse.
