Book this recently refurbished 2 bed Swansea house that’s just a 10 minute walk from the City Centre. It has a garden, parking outside and rooms that have all been modernised to create a warm and welcoming home-from-home for up to 7 guests. Relax and kick-back in this newly refurbished home. You will find a modern stylish Living area and kitchen, upstairs is where you’ll find the home’s bathroom, newly decorated space featuring a rain shower, so you get to freshen up. At the end of the day, the bedrooms have between them a selection of double and single beds, making this ideal for friends, colleagues as well as families. All beds are comfortable and presented to a high standard, and there’s plenty of space to store your clothes and bags too. If you’re arriving by car, there is free on street parking allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you’re not in luck, you’ll find there’s a paid car park at the end of the street. This 2 bedroom house in Swansea is available for the exclusive use of groups of up to 7 guests. It’s hosted and managed by the KG Inspired Group, a team that has a large portfolio of properties across South Wales. The team prides itself on looking after all guests and ensuring any questions or issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. Ensuring each and every guest has the best time in Swansea, however long you’re staying for, is the primary aim of your hosts. That’s why as well as presenting an immaculate property, they will do all they can to help you with any issues or questions that might crop up during your stay. With this in mind, your hosts will share their contact details with you once your booking is confirmed. We will take calls and messages between 8am and 10pm, please contact us during these times should you need anything. We will aim to respond outside these times but is not guaranteed. This newly renovated 2 bedroom Swansea home is located in a pleasant and popular residential area of the city. Your home-from-home will see you staying in an area that brings many of the local attractions and business areas within easy reach. The Liberty Stadium - it’s the home of Swansea FC and venue for all kinds of events, so if you are attending one and want to be able to reach the Stadium with ease, stay here. Swansea City Centre - discover everything you’d expect from a major city centre, including shops and coffee shops, bars and restaurants plus parks and other places of interest, including Swansea Grand Theatre. If you have tickets for a performance there, stay here and really turn it into an occasion. Mumbles - this seaside village is nearby and well worth a visit. Swansea Marina - enjoy a nose around the boats that moor here and maybe grab a snack or meal in one of the many eateries. The Swanseea LC Waterpark - you’ll soon see why Wales’ biggest indoor waterpark is so popular with locals and visitors alike. Gower Peninsula Other local beaches and bays including 3 Cliffs Bay As a major Welsh city, Swansea offers visitors a variety of bus services if you don’t drive here. If you do drive, there are parking spaces available on the street where the house is located, though these are available on a first come, first served basis. If you don’t find a space, there is a paid car park at the end of the road. Please note there is no outdoor space. *Please check all Covid-19 guidelines for your stay in Wales via the Welsh Government website.* Prior to us giving access to the property you will be required to provide Photographic ID, a valid phone number and your home address for track and trace purposes. Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS. There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house. No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area. Check-in time is 4 PM – 10 PM and please check out by 10AM. The photographs featured in this listing were taken by professional photographers prior to any guests staying in this property. The property has been open since these photographs were taken and therefore, we cannot guarantee the listing will be exactly as pictured. For example, some decorative items may have been removed and you may encounter some general wear and tear. This is not luxury accommodation. Our properties are designed for people working and studying in the area, but that doesn't mean you won’t like them too! Our properties are cleaned regularly once our guests have checked out ready for our next guest. On occasion it may be a couple of days since the last guest checked out and you may find some settlement dust, this is normal. Creepy crawlies are quite common in the UK so there may be the chance that you'll encounter a friendly spider or bug during your stay. If anything is out of the ordinary for a normal home, we will get someone to rectify this for you ASAP! Expect a warm South Wales welcome and a high standard of hospitality throughout your stay in Swansea. Your hosts, the KG Inspired Group, are experts at welcoming guests from all over the world into their Swansea properties, and will ensure you receive all the help and advice you need during your stay. Covid 19: If you are unable to travel to stay because of a national or local lockdown you will receive a full refund. The refund applies to bookings made to which the travel restriction coincides with the period of your stay. The refund covers national and local lockdowns, but does NOT cover you (or members of your party) for being unable to travel because you (or a member of your party) fall ill with Covid, or are required to quarantine or self-isolate. These events can be covered by you taking out travel insurance. There are a number of policies that include cover for illness with Covid and self-isolation and a lot of bank annual travel policies also cover this.
