This is Aron’s Place Plus. Newly renovated, NON-Smoking, furnished apt. in private home in Culpeper VA ( prettiest town in VA). Tempurpedic Mattress & lots of pillows. The listing includes a large den w/65 inch TV, pool table & queen sleep sofa. Walk to historic downtown: restaurants, breweries, movie theater & retail. Wine a Trail, C’mwealth Park & Blue Ridge close by. Private fenced yard. LGBT Friendly. Well mannered pets welcome, healthy and vaccinated only. No parties. SMOKE FREE The bedroom sleeps two but there is a couch in the apartment that can sleep one additional person. This rental also includes large den with pool table, giant screen TV and queen size sleep sofa which sleeps two. There is also a fireplace in the room but use MUST be PRE-APPROVED. MAXIMUM number of guests is 4. The apartment is self contained with separate outside entrance. There is a door in the apartment that opens into a large den with big screen tv, pool table and queen sleep sofa/bedding. If you rent the entire downstairs the door between the two spaces can remain open and you will still have complete privacy from the residents of the home. This property is Smoke/drug/ party free. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GROUP SMOKE. I live in the home to which the apartment is attached. I work during the day, but will be home early morning and evening and available to chat with guests after work should any issues arise. I can be as present or absent as you wish. I am a marriage celebrant if you would like to get married while in VA. Quiet residential neighborhood in a small town of approximately 15 thousand people. Church across the street adds a little Sunday traffic on the street and their bells chime on the hour. Main Street is 1.5 blocks away and sometimes noise carries, particularly the sounds of sirens. You may hear the train come through if you listen carefully. There is a park with walking distance with exercise stations, biking/ strolling trails, tennis courts and lots of nature, all within 1/4 mile. Independent Retail Shops, great restaurants and two micro breweries are all within walking distance. Fast food and big box stores require a car for the most part. We have parking for one standard vehicle on the driveway. There is also street parking. There is some public transportation, trolley, limited cab and uber service. Amtrak has a station downtown within 1/2 mile. This is a perfect town for easy access to wonderful shopping, dining and entertainment all within walking distance of the apartment. There is not a TV in the apartment proper. That is available in the pool room/den. There is WiFi access. The kitchen is fully outfitted with dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, microwave, toaster oven and blender. There is a full size oven and refrigerator. We have two dogs and two cats. They will not be in your space but you may hear them periodically. If you bring dog(s) they must be current on vaccinations and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. You are responsible for cleaning up dog debris and for any damage they may cause.
