The flat is located on a lovely residential street in a gorgeous highly walkable area close to the lakeshore. It's very peaceful and quiet whilst being round the corner from numerous shops, restaurants, fresh bakeries, coffee shops and Cash ATMs. There is a Monoprix supermarket within 4 minutes’ walk. If you decide to go out to eat, you will find yourself spoilt for choice from the wide range of restaurants close by. Just slip down the side streets around the apartment where you will find the village atmosphere of les Berges du Lac still alive and well. It takes about 10 minutes drive to get to either Tunis centre or Carthage/Sidi Bou Said/La Marsa/Gammarth and 10 minutes to the Kram Exhibition Park and La Goulette.
