In a quiet location this newly refurbished accommodation is a cosy one bedroomed house suitable for couples or small families. We are also welcoming well behaved small dogs as the area has lots of beautiful walks and even has a dog walking park directly behind the property. We are approximately 2 miles from the famous Eden Project, the picturesque harbour of Charlestown is with easy reach (20 mins walk). The beautiful Luxulyan Valley is also close by as well as many other beaches, quaint villages, national trust properties and lovely gardens, such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Trewithen. The stylish, comfortable accommodation consist of: Bedroom with double bed and plenty of hanging space and storage where bags and cases can be tucked away. Shower room (no bath) Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge, microwave and equipped with everything you would need should you wish to prepare meals at home. Lounge with corner sofa, 42”TV with free view and WiFi. We can offer an evening dog sitting service for nights out/restaurants where dogs are not welcome. (Subject to availability) Dogs accepted at owners discretion. St Austell railway station is less than a mile away. Trains run regularly to Truro, Falmouth and Penzance
