A 4 Bedroom flat situated 5min from the river near Lambeth (Website hidden by Airbnb) takes approx 10-12mins by walking to reach the Parliament,Big Ben,London Eye,The Imperial War Museum and the Westminster area.It is one of the safest zones in London. There are bus stops 4mins away to take you to the City of London and the biggest Tube Stations are 10min on foot.Also Trafalgar Square,Covent Garden,Soho and all other famous areas are 25min tops by public trans or 40mins on foot walking along all London landmarks I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines The accommodation comprises of a very specious double bedroom. The rooms have been recently renovated with comfortable furnishings. There are two shared bathrooms for the guests to use and full use of the kitchen as well as the dining area. The guests will be provided with towels,shampoo/body wash. There is a washing machine for shared use,also upon request a hairdryer,iron and ironing board. Guests will also enjoy with the fastest WiFi available in London !!! The guests will have access to one shared toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom on the upper floor which is near their bedroom. Also there is a fully equipped kitchen that is available for them to use,as well as a dinning area and a balcony with an amazing view. I will be available to guests by phone and text for anything they would need and I would gladly assist. I work during the week but my weekends are free so I am also open to socializing and giving guests tips on what is a must to visit while here. The flat is in the Lambeth Borough- South East London and it is in one of the safest and quiet residential areas, the Metropolitan Police Central Command is just 200m away. The guests will love the neighborhood and the area as it is very close to all London landmarks and it is very safe to walk even by night. It is one of the most sought after areas in London. Also, there is a Tesco Superstore 10mins walking,a bar and a organic food general store just around the corner and a popular bar in the vicinity “ Cubana - Home of the best mojito”. There are several bus stops 4mins away and buses run every 5-7 mins to the City of London 24h/day. Also the Waterloo Station and Vauxhall Station are 15mins on foot from the place and you can take all tube lines in one of those two stations as well as trains that can take you out of London. There is also a bike station nearby and guests can rent out bikes for the day so they can go sightseeing London by bike. Uber,ViaVan or Black Cab taxi are also 2mins away when called for and guests will be picked up from the apartment entrance. Also there is a car parking in-front of the building it is privately managed and they charge 10£ for 24h( the lowest in central London ) although the parking space is not guaranteed. If the guests need to arrive before the Check-in time, I can provide a storage place where they can store their luggage and they can go explore London or they will be most welcome to stay in the dining area or on the balcony and enjoy the view while having coffee or hot tea. Also for the Check out, it is set to 10AM but the guests can store their luggage if their flight is in the evening and go explore London a bit more and pick it up later.
