The vacation house is in Central CA and is just a few hours away from San Francisco, the beach, snowy mountains, local shopping and restaurants. It is a great home for families and has space for you and 5 guests. There is no tolerance for parties, events, smoking on premises 🚭, loud noise, and more than 6 people. You will receive a negative review. I have neighbors who keep watch over the house and they will inform me of any noise, excessive cars and tobacco use. You will receive a negative review and be reported to Airbnb. This is a friendly and quiet family neighborhood.
