Modern 3 storey Victorian house beautifully decorated to a high standard. The house is very spacious, providing comfort and fab mod con, including WiFi. The kitchen is modern and open plan, very spacious and fully functional. Plenty of free parking available on the street outside. Guests will have full access and use of the open plan kitchen and garden. Tea & coffee will be provided at all times - I would like for the guests to feel right at home. Living in host. As often as required, either face to face or by phone/text The area is very green and lovely with parks and open spaces. It's near to vibrant Gloucester road, with lots of cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants. Horfield Sports Centre is 10mins walk away, offers pay-as-you-go classes and gym access to non-members. Bus stops very close to the house. The house is located at the top of Gloucester Road with easy access to Bristol city centre, Cabot Circus or Cribbs Causeway with bus 75. Very close to Bristol Parkway station, M4 and M5. Dogs living at the property part time, not suitable for people who are allergic to pets.
