Our lovely Retro Caravan is available for short and long term stays. It can be relocated to your backyard to become the extra room or office in your own home. It's bright, comfy, with enough room x 2 ppl, sofa, room for a desk, cook top and oven to make cooking enjoyable! It is a one of a kind semi-self contained unit! The caravan has it's own connection for electricity and a hose to connect to a tap. Our lovely Retro Caravan is available for short and long term stay in our property near the city. This is a cozy beautiful furnished Retro style caravan with electricity and water supply. Given the unpredictable weather in Melbourne, we have a heater and a portable airconditioner available on request. They are just on the porch for whenever you need them - in Melb you may need them both in a single day! 1 double bed Good oil heater and portable airconditioner All linen and towels as per picture are included Kitchen includes gas fridge, gas oven, sink all your cooking needs and crockery provided. Extra foldable table to use outside. Caravan L 5.1 m Total length 6.6 m H 2.5 m (top up) W 2.3 m The Retro Caravan also has a, tv screen with HDMI, USB connections and unlimited wifi. Although the caravan has its own fully furnished kitchen and table, the toilet and shower are shared in the main house. There is a separate shower for guests only. There is one toilet inside the house which will be shared by everyone in the house. There is also a second toilet outside the house. Please note that the house might have other guests so you might have to share the shower and other facilities with other guests. The back yard can also be accessed at any time. Laundry facilities are NOT included but there is a Coin Laundry around the corner, 5 min walk opposite to the train station. Thanks At night only during the week and more regularly on the weekends. We live on a quiet street but there is so much to do around us. The neighbourhood is amazing, great multicultural restaurants, markets, close the beach, restaurants with sea and river view and proximity to the city. Lots of affordable food in West Footscray! Taxi fee home-airport estimated $70. Contact us for pick up at Uber rates. Taxi fee home-city estimated $20. Tottenham station 5 min walk from our house, 20 min to the city. Bus to Highpoint shopping Centre or 10 min drive. Before you arrange to buy Skybus tickets, check the estimate of a taxi fare as it might be cheaper for 2 or more guests. The estimate taxi fare to our house is $54 airport fee incl while the Skybus ticket is adult-one way $18 + $7.52 Miky daily fee pp. How to get home by public transport: If you choose to take the Skybus you'll get to Southern Cross station. Go to platform 11 and take the Sunbury or Watergardens train. Always check the screen and make sure Tottenham station is listed on the screen (some trains are expressed and won't stop at this station). Get off at Tottenham station and walk out on Sunshine road, cross the road and walk west one block to Sredna street.
