This spacious house in a fantastic location has room for two families. The front bedroom with a view has a queen 4 poster bed with ensuite with spa bath. Bedroom at the back of the house also has an ensuite. Then there is the family bathroom for the other two bedrooms. Recently modernised with a Hamptons coastal vibe, the house has reverse cycle aircon, practical flooring throughout and wifi available. BBQ and outdoor seating on back deck. Kitchen with modern appliances makes for a carefree relaxed holiday. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE **Linen is not supplied** Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
