Shabby chic/Free private parking/Sauna

Subterranean, 40 sqm, cozy den as I like to call it has access to a beautiful, private botanical garden. Fully equipped for your comfortable stay (living/dining/bedroom/bath/parking). To make your stay even more enjoyable you can use a private finish sauna with jadeite stones. The space best suits one-two but 4 can manage for a shorter period as well. It has one double bed and a couch that pulls out into a double bed (160 cm). There is one AC unite. The kitchenette is well equipped to make a proper meal. The bedroom and living area are separated by a curtain. The apartment is equipped with LUNOS ventilation system that is based on a demand-flow through the entire home to ensure you a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and there is private parking reserved for your use in front of the apartment building. The sauna has been equipped with jadeite stones that have many healing properties-www.zadeitas. The apartment is reserved for your use only. It has separate entrance and you can also access the garden where you have a spot with chairs and a table. If you come with kids be careful around the pond as it is quite deep in one part, they are welcome to feed the fish with the food that we provide, just ask! I like meeting new people but also respect people need space during their stay! The neighborhood is quiet and green, there is nature just around the corner. There are woods you can explore and the river you can bathe in. We are situated 7 km from the city. The public transport is just a short walk away, bus 5 min, train 9 min. There are several grocery shops nearby! It takes 20 min to get to the city by bus and 9 by train. Grocery shops: Lidl, Celovska cesta 479 Mercator, Vizmarska pot 1 Spar, Marinovseva cesta 2 Restaurants: Kaval klub, Tacenska cesta Kosir, Tacenska cesta Metliski hram, Tacenska cesta Should you experience a trouble that is making your stay unpleasant and you believe could be handled with, rather than writing a bad review, consider telling me first and I promise to do my best to make it better as offering you a satisfactory stay is a priority to me and indeed what matters to me most! ***Very important❗️❗️❗️By all means turn on the vent by the window in the bedroom manually (press the auto button first, wait for the red light to light, then press the other button as well! ) while and after taking the shower for a few minutes and leave it on automatic functioning at all times, excluding night time! Open the windows at least for a few minutes every day and leave the vent system in the living room switched on so it can function properly as to prevent the humidity issues. Thank you! 1. The garbage bins are in front of the garden gate at the main entrance to the house, that is to your right, when you come out the front door! SEPARATE AT ALL TIMES AND DO NOT THROW GARBAGE ELSEWHERE, ESPECIALLY NOT AT PRETNARJEVA UL. 2 BECAUSE IT CAUSES ME GREAT TROUBLE WITH THE NEIGHBOURS. 2. The tap water is potable. No need buying it! :) 3. You ca use the sauna as storage room in the month of July and August. 4. Feel free to use the sitting area by the pond as much as you like! The entrance to the garden is to your right when you come out the front door! 5. Should you be washing clothes, please dry them in the garden behind the pond if the weather permits! 6. ❗️In the months of July and August the sauna is not available. ❗️ The sauna is available all other months for an extra fee of ❗️30 € for 2 hours, included in the price are 2 bathrobes, 2 towels, 2 pairs of flip-flops and a bottle of sparkling wine. Please do not take anything from the sauna unless you intend to use it. The price for one is the same! 7. ❗️If you come with a PET let me know in advance- 5€ per night per pet will be charged- payable in cash only upon arrival. ❗️ 8. Please respect a non smoking rule in the apartment but feel free to do it outside! 9. In winter the apartment is heated between 21-23 degrees Celsius. 10. Guests who stay over for two weeks or more will have the apartment cleaned and bedding changed every week for which the charge of 20 € PER WEEK will apply, payable in cash only. 11. Please empty the bins upon leaving and do your dishes as they are not included in the cleaning fee. Thank you!
