Top floor all contained for your privacy, however the entrance is shared as is the laundry which is downstairs. Secured gated home with parking remote required to enter the property which I supply to you. 10 minutes to city , 15 min to Scarborough Beach, close to cafes and public transport. All amenities for breakfast supplied and as I’m downstairs am happy to help with anything. . I also have available a Portable Cot and high chair on site at $10 per night if required. On arrival I will show you through the property. There is an electronic gate at the front of the property which opens with a remote, hopefully I will be there to meet you, if not I will organise this with you. Parking is secured behind this gate. Upstairs is a lounge and dining leading to a balcony with city views. The Kitchen has a convection microwave and bar fridge and all cutlery and crockery, toaster , coffee machine and pods , kettle glasses etc.I will have milk, tea , coffee, bread , cereals, biscuits and fruit stocked for you. There are two large bedrooms with built in and walk in robes. Also there are electric blankets on both Queen size beds, so heating is to be turned off at night. The bathroom will have fresh towels, bath mats ,soaps and shampoo . There is a separate toilet. Downstairs you can access the laundry when required. The upstairs is completely available guests accept for a third bedroom. Always available by phone or text and I live downstairs for part of the time. Quiet neighbourhood with a private golf course nearby , fantastic neighbours , shopping centre close by and public transport 300 metres away . You can park at the front door after the gate is open Wifi password is under the modem near the window to the balcony.
