Beautifully renovated home in the Village

Our gorgeous recently renovated ground floor apartment is located in the heart of Elwood village. The unit is open, light, spacious and comfortable. There are 2 private and sunny courtyards. Our gorgeous home was recently renovated and has everything you need for a comfortable get-away; a brand new kitchen and bathroom, lounge room with large TV, dining area, and laundry. There is good heating for the cooler days and portable fans and a portable air conditioner unit for the warmer days. The two private courtyards get great sunlight. There is a private entrance to the unit directly from the street. We have private parking out the back. We are in the best location of Elwood; beach at the end of the street and buzzing Ormond Road village at the other end. Elwood is a magnificent little village on the beach, 10 mins from famous St Kilda and 20 mins from the center of Melbourne city. I will be more than happy to assist with any questions etc throughout the duration of your stay. Elwood is a gorgeous little neighbourhood on the beach. Elwood has a special 'village like' feel to it. Ormond Road shopping strip is a buzzing little village boasting wonderful cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, boutiques, a butcher, bakery, post office, etc. Elwood has many lovely walking tracks either beachside, through the canal or through Elsternwick park (all which are a few mins from the apartment). Elwood is located 8kms from Melbourne CBD. There are buses a short walk from the apartment, trams a 10 minute walk and trains a 15 minute walk away. There is parking in the street and the unit comes with one private parking spot as well as guest permit for unlimited parking on the street. Elwood is a 15 minute walk from St Kilda's Acland Street. Elwood is located on the beach. There are beautiful walking tracks by the beach as well as the famous Elwood canal and many parks in the area. Bassinets/cots and other bits available for babies if required.
