Comfortable Duplex w/ Terrace

Only a minute- walk away from the Alemeda de Hercules: a plaza full of tapas bars, restaurants and cafés. The space is a second-floor duplex (beware, there is no elevator). On the ground floor, you'll find the bathroom, equipped with shower, sink, toilets and closet for the (top-loading) washing machine. You'll also find the kitchen: fully-equipped with fridge, freezer, glass-ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee maker and all necessary utensils for cooking (no oven or microwave). The living room is also on this floor and has a comfy couch, dining table, flat-screen TV and a balcony overlooking the street. From there, a set of stairs will take to the upper area where the room and terrace are located. This upper space is divided into two parts: the first one, with a sofa that can be used as a single bed and a table/desk, perfect if you're planning to use your laptop. In the second part, you'll find the double bed, a vintage sink (completely functional) and a small toilet. From the room, you can access a small charming terrace, where you'll be able to enjoy a a cup of tea, coffee, or a glass of wine with a wonderful view over the "Torre de los Perdigones". The building has a common terrace, open to all resisdents to hang up and dry clothes. There is also a garage. Upon arrival, we'll always welcome you with a city map and show you everything the city has to offer: location of main sights, guided tours, where to see the best flamenco, as well as the best restaurants and bars. Our neighborhood is very bohemian, full of life with its bars, tapas, coffee shops, concerts. It is also attractive because it is close to all the attractions of the city: leisure area and gastronomy (local and international), monumental and commercial area. Well connected to public transportation, with several bus stops and bike rental shops to visit the city, as the city has an extensive bike path. Please note that there is no lift, no oven and no microwave.
