The Gin Bar - Airport 5 mins

The Gin Bar is a double ensuite guest room separate to the main house at the bottom of our garden and has its own entrance and parking space. The Gin Bar! You will find a few of my favourite gins of the moment, for a min donation of £2.50 per drink. This works on an honesty basis - I trust you! The Gin Bar is at the bottom of our garden ... normally used as guest accommodation and occaisionally stripped out and used as a bar for parties! We want your stay to be easy, so towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a hairdryer is also provided. A travel cot is available on request. We are just 20 mins or so from Bristol, so perfect if you want to explore the city and relax for the evening. We are also just a few minutes from the airport, so in a fantastic location for early/late flights. There are glorious walks and challenging bike rides on our doorstep. And of course there’s the option of a soak in our hot tub at the end of a day out exploring. We can point you in the direction of a couple of great pubs just a couple of minutes drive away. * PLEASE NOTE there is no kitchen (and therefore washing up facilities) but I am more than happy to provide you with an endless supply of clean crockery! We are a busy family of five but I will always aim to be around to greet you when you arrive. However, if I can’t be here for you on arrival guests are given easy directions and instructions for a fuss free self check into The Gin Bar. We are in amongst agricultural farming countryside - pretty to look at, sometimes comes with farmyardy smells! We are surrounded by fields and yet just a really short distance (just a couple of miles) from the airport. There are some super dooper places to eat locally and access to airport car parking is really easy from us. We don’t only cater for travellers, we also welcome guests who are visiting the area to walk or cycle to explore the lovely countryside. We are also really close to several local wedding venues including Combe Lodge, Winford Manor & Barley Wood. We recommend you have your own transport when staying with us as there is little in the way of shops and pubs within easy walking distance. Your parking space is at the end of the garden - access to our rear parking is down a little lane to the rear of the house - this area is very much a ‘work in progress’ so please bear with us!
