Only a couple of minutes stroll from the iconic MCG, Rod Laver arena (home to the Australian Open) and AAMI stadium this apartment lies within the Mantra apartment complex. Walking distance to the gorgeous Fitzroy gardens, Melbourne CBD and public transport An extremely tidy unit with an en-suite and generous Queen size bed. Also boasts a uniquely large terrace with glimpses of the CBD skyline. 2 minutes walk from the MCG and 10 minutes walk to the CBD. 2 minute walk to the nearest tram stop and only a 15 minute walk to bustling Swan Street Richmond and the Richmond train station to other popular inner eastern suburbs. Laundry situated directly outside the front door of the apartment. Only shares with one other apartment which is part of the Mantra complex so barely ever used by anyone else. The lockbox with spare key for arrival is also situated in the laundry. The code is to be provided upon bookings. Available via phone and our son is also a back up contact as he lives in Melbourne just around the corner. Regular communication is encouraged but also not forced as we understand people have different views on how they’d like to spend their stay in our property. MCG, Melbourne Park (Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena etc) AAMi Park, CBD, Swan Street Richmond and tram line on Wellington Parade to CBD and eastern suburbs There is a parking permit available and public transport is close by (2 minutes walk to Wellington parade tram stop to CBD and eastern suburbs such as Bridge Rd Richmond and Hawthorn). Train is 10-15 minutes walk (Richmond Station and Flinders st. station in CBD) Note we are not part of the Mantra complex and thus can not offer room service or daily cleaning. However all amenities and extra facilities such as gym, pool etc are available for use
