Unfortunatelly the couch isn't suitable for sleeping, therefore guests will not be able to use it as an extra bed. The modern kitchen, has a washing machine, microwave, electric fan oven, dishwasher, dual 180° Folding Grill Sandwich maker, kettle, toaster, induction hobs, steamer, juicer, food processor, stand mixer, smoothie maker and digital scales. The bathroom features a heated towel rail, large touch activated heated mirror with LED lights and supports bluetooth to allows you connect your favourite music while relaxing in the large bathtub. The large rain shower will leave you relaxed, calm and energised. In the bedroom there is some storage in the wardrobe equipped with a full-length mirror and wooden hangers. There is a double bed with medium comfort grade premium memory foam mattress. Smart 43' TV will keep you entertain till you fall asleep. There is gated parking and bike storage. You will have to go on foot at the car space to pick up the gate fob key. Car space dimensions: Weight: 2.15cm, Height: 215cm (Please allow space for the doors to open). Can fit normal SUV car e.g VW Tiguan No caravan/motorhome/RV, no high roof/top/lwb/transit van, no boats. You will have access to the entire apartment. There is a 24 hour number to call for assistance or advice during your stay. Guests have secure parking at the back of the building and bike storage with racks. Please bring your own lock and chain. You will have my direct mobile number should you require anything during your stay. Meet and greet for guests flying in from abroad: I can assist with your transfer to the flat from the airport / port with a fare of £50 from Gatwick Airport / Portsmouth Port and with a fare of £85 from Heathrow airport. Situated just 1.4 miles from the seafront, this area is beautiful and perfect for walking, running, boating, kayaking & paddle boarding, biking and sightseeing. There are many fantastic pubs and restaurants within walking distance and Co-op supermarket and petrol station accross the road. Worthing town centre is a 10 minute drive away (2.5 miles). Duvet - Non allergenic filling (not feather). For stays over 8 days, the cleaner will pop in for her regular cleaning. Normally it's on Monday at 11am but we will first liaise prior with our guests to check their availability on that day. There is a weekly cleaning fee of £15 and will be requested through Airbnb. Heating will be unavailable between 23:00 and 7:00am. For long stays, electricity consumption to be limited to 75 kWh (£15) weekly. eg. 2 weeks 150kWh (£30), 3 weeks 225kWh (£45) and 4 weeks 300kWh (£60) etc. Extra consumption fee will be £0.20 per kWH. There is a smart meter in the property to help you keep track.
