Originally the building was a fort, for the protection of the farming land, then it was converted into a unique Tuscan villa owned by the landmark, during the 17th century. Just few years ago the property was tastefully restored into a charming and unique villa for rent with every attention to details and history made by us, the local family owners. The property has four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms located from the first to the third floor; the rooms include high beam ceilings, traditional rich tiles of the tuscan valley, up scale furnishings, four large bathrooms with modern shower heads. No detail went unnoticed in the renovation of this elegant tuscan estate; the owner family' have worked hard to unveil pieces of the original frescoes that they are decorating these walls since centuries in each room, mainly covered and protected as they have been for the last hundred of years. All windows are screened, sleeping suites offer individually-controlled air conditioning and flat-screen televisions will allow you to keep up to date with US, UK, French, and other national news / financial networks. The Villa is surrounded by typical tuscan landscape with an olive grove and outdoor amenities which include an exclusive and private swimming pool (12m x 6m), a shaded parking, a sitting/dining areas which seat up to fourteen people and spectacular views of the vineyard-covered hills wich are an ideal example of the beauty on Tuscany.
