Plant filled solarium with real lounge chairs and a baby grand piano; Cozy upstairs library filled with DVD’s; games and books and upholstered couch and chairs and two rocking leather club chairs seating; an elegant parlor; two dining rooms as well as the grounds. We live right next door and have a caretaker onsite. We are available! We are 2 blocks off off Main Street/Highway 89 so you will never here the sound of traffic. Manti is a small town of 3800 without even a traffic light. We’re walking distance to cute shops, a pizza cafe, restaurant, several diners; the city park, the city pool, and a nice 15 minute walk to the historic Manti Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ (of Latter-Day Saints). We are at the foot of the Manti La Sal mountain range with its amazing network of hiking, riding, and ATV trails. Skyline Drive and the Arapeen Trail System; amd 6 minutes down the road by car to Palisade State Park with its fabulous Golf Course, lake, fiahing, Hiking, four wheeling, and swimming. Kayaks and paddle Boats can be rented there also. SanPete museums are found in every small town here along UT Highway 89. The town of Wales is 30 minutes away and home to world class rock climbing at Maple Mountain. Situated wrapping the corner of the original pioneer fort, our manor has plenty of free parking for your cars, Motorcycles, trucks with trailers to pull your ATV’s. You can park here and ride OHV all through the town and also just a few blocks to get to the mouth of the canyon and be on ATV trails in a matter of a few minutes.
