This beautiful and very spacious holiday home with a small above-ground pool is immersed in the famous Monferrato vineyards and is located less than 2 km from the town of Strevi (province of Alessandria). The large outdoor area of the accommodation is equipped with furniture. garden and barbecue, making it an ideal place to eat outdoors in joy or simply relax while admiring the surrounding hills and vineyards, while your children can have fun in the play area dedicated to them. The interiors consist of four double bedrooms, two of which with bathroom with shower, a bedroom with four single beds designed specifically for children and teenagers and two other service bathrooms. The rustic dining room is particularly impressive and is characterized by the brick pavilion vaults. On the upper floor there is a large room used as a recreational space and is equipped with games and a fitness area. The green hills of Monferrato host beautiful villages and valleys to explore and is an ideal area for those who want to take a break and interrupt the stressful daily routine. Acqui Terme is only 7.5 km away and here is the famous "Bollente", a hot water thermal fountain (approx. 70 °) located in the historic centre. In Asti (54 km), famous for the Palio, you can stroll through the streets of the charming old town and visit the Cathedral of Maria Assunta or the Baptistery of San Pietro. The splendid city of Turin is 114 km away; the rice fields of the area around Vercelli at around 79 km, which offer a suggestive panorama, only 70 km you can reach the Ligurian sea. In the period between September and October, all the wineries offer themed weekends with the opportunity to spend days in the vineyards and in the evening enjoy an excellent dinner with the wines and the culinary specialties of the area.
