The second bedroom features a super comfy Double Bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect in a modern home including full size Fridge Freezer, freestanding Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave and all the things you need to whip up your own delicious meals. There is also a new Bathroom and an internal Laundry with a combined Washer Dryer. Guests have the unit to themselves, with one Queen Bedroom and one Double Bedroom, Bathroom, internal Laundry and combined Lounge, Dining and Kitchen. There is also a large deck out the front with privacy screens and a firepit with firewood provided. BBQ and Meat Smoker are available upon request. Off-street parking is available for two cars on the dedicated parking pad. Currently no access to back yard as we have a deck under construction to be completed by early September between guests. No works undertaken during guests stays. Netflix and Amazon Prime are logged in and available for your use. Limited interaction so you can enjoy your privacy. We live next door and can be contacted if needed. Located a stone's throw from Caboolture Pool and Fitness Centre for those wanting to stay active during their stay. Walking distance to Aldi, Caboolture Square Shopping Centre and Caboolture Town Square. 2 km to Caboolture Train Station or Centenary Lakes. 4 km to Caboolture Hospitals, Morayfield Shopping Centre or Health Hub Morayfield. 20 min drive to Westfield North Lakes, Ikea and Costco. 20 min drive to Bribie Island and Sandstone Point Hotel. 40 min drive to Caloundra or Brisbane Airport. 50 min drive to Brisbane City. We have bus stops on our door step as well as the Caboolture Pool and Fitness Centre. Walking distance to Aldi, Caboolture Square and Caboolture Town Square. 2 km to Caboolture Train Station or Centenary Lakes. Check-in is from 2.00pm with keys available in lockbox for your convenience. Check-out is 10.00am. Upon departure, please close all doors and windows, secure the property and leave the keys in the lockbox. Please turn off all lights, fans, heaters and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property. Please leave the unit as you found it and keep the unit clean and tidy during your stay. All rubbish, recycling, cans and bottles in their respective wheelie bins during your stay. Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas only with doors and windows closed and all butts to be removed. There is a garage which is locked and is not included for use. Access to Back Yard at present is at your own risk due to potential trip hazards - Deck to be constructed at a later date. We do have a large deck at the front of the property with privacy screens for your enjoyment. Surveillance or recording devices on property - External security cameras installed on front, side and back entrances. Please don’t park on the grass - there is a dedicated off street parking bay or on street parking available. Any bedding that we are unable to remove stains (eg. Fake Tan) will be charged at $40 for sheets and $60 for doona covers as replacement costs.
