With much to see in the town, Bewdley boasts a series of walking and cycling trails, pubs, cafés and restaurants along the riverside, amongst tiny shops, antique and craft galleries. Severn Valley Steam Railway and West Midlands Safari Park are also close by and well worth a visit. I must point out. As we are situated in one of the most idyllic parts of Bewdley, along the river bank, then you must appreciate that this attracts a lot of visitors and with local pubs & eateries it can get a little noisier during the peak of the summer months. However it does drop off as the winter months approach. This can happen when there are local festivities on. There is public transport in the town, 5 minute walk, which will take you into Kidderminster where you can catch the train. Parking. You can unload directly outside the property off the road, but as you can appreciate this is a river front property so parking is restricted to public car parks. The car park you require is in Dog Lane (sat nav post code: DY12 2EF) which is situated at the rear of the cottage, about a 5 minute walk. You follow the road to the end turn left and its on your left. It is a long stay car park. Cost of parking is: Forty Eight hours - £9.20 and free from (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) I have uploaded a picture of the tariffs.
