Excellent transport links to Trafford Centre, City Centre and Airport - Metrolink Tram, Buses plus taxi rank next to Manchester United. Food - numerous restaurants and cafes including the main chains all within walking distance (and many more on Salford Quays/Media City) plus the Bishop Blaize pub round the corner and cafes across the road from there at Marks & Spencer to the left and Tesco Superstore to the right. Local supermarkets across the road - Aldi, Marks & Spencer, Tesco (24 hour except Sunday) and Lidl although bear in mind we don't have food preparation or dining facilities in the Old Trafford Bunkhouse. We can provide specific advice as needed. There is a Taxi rank outside Old Trafford or call an Uber for easy access to city centre, airport etc. Buses on Chester Road X50 runs to Manchester city centre inc Piccadilly Buses to The Trafford Centre from the other side of football stadium Trams to/from Old Trafford and other stops on other lines nearby too. Airport tram to/from Old Trafford is just one stop to Trafford Bar where you change onto the direct airport line. If you're in a rush though get a taxi. Additional nights after the first night are much cheaper than the first night so if you are intending to book 1 night only it may be something you'd like to take into consideration. There are tenants living in the flats above the Bunkhouse so please be respectful and avoid being noisy after midnight. There is CCTV in the entrance hall for your safety and security.
