This private retreat is situated on 5 acres with secluded hiking trails leading to Valley View Park. The house, built in 2015, includes 4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen, and 1 bunk bed-full/twin). The open concept living space features a gourmet kitchen, double ovens, an 8 person dining room table and a 65” TV. The expansive back yard includes a deck with a dining table & BBQ grill, a children’s playhouse and a fire pit. Gourmet kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils and towels. Guests will have access to the main floor, 2400 sq ft, of the house and a 2 car garage. There are a few closets and a basement that are not accessible to guests. Keypad entry with help close by if needed. Valley View Park, situated on 75 acres, offers biking/hiking/cross country skiing trails, 2 children playgrounds, an 18 hole disc golf course, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, a sledding hill, archery targets, and soccer fields - all within minutes of Target, Costco, Panera, 24-hour Kwik Trip & Walmart, Weddings at the Hitching Post, The Ridge Cinema, Helium Trampoline Park, Stonefire Pizza, & urgent care/ER hospital. Great local restaurants include: The Gingerbread House, Bass Bay Brewhouse, Eagle Park Brewing & Distilling, Big Tuna, Sunnyside Up Cafe, Firehouse Subs, Armelli’s Restaurant & Pizzeria, Matty’s.
