Family house with easy access to city and sea

A lovely two family house built 1923 with a beautiful garden. 120sqm. Modern interior with fully equiped kitchen, laundry room with three washing machines and a tumble dryer. Located 10min from city by car, 20 min by bus or tram and 20 min from the sea Saltholmen, with quick access to the archipelago by ferry. You have access to our whole part of the house (its a 2-family villa). The garden is shared with my sister and her family. You can not use the garage but you can park behind it. You can access our whole house. You can always reach us by phone. We share this 2-family villa with Emelie´s sister, her husband and child. They will stay in their part of the house and will be using the garden and laundry room. If you have any concerns about the house they will gladely help you.
