You will move without loss and with extreme rapidity towards any direction of the island. Car parking is easy on the street and free. You will park many times under the house window. 10 min by car from the airport, with access to the highway in 1 min and very close to the south of the island (10 min), where you will find our wonderful beaches. Although it is not essential, it is preferable to rent a car or motorbike at the airport. The apartment for the exclusive use of the guest is independent and located on the ground floor (only 4 steps) of a detached house. The community is quiet. NO COMMON RECREATION AREA. NO POOL. The kitchen is equipped with everything new, the living room is equipped with Smart TV40 ", dvd player vhs, cd radio, WiFi, fan, washing machine, iron and board, drying rack and all the services of a house. I will be available to help you in any way I can. The area has nearby services walking: supermarkets SPAR, MERCADONA, bar, restaurant with fixed menu, car and van rental, hairdressers, bar pub, bus line to 4 and 8 min. By car: you can reach Arinaga Beach (3.5 km) in just a few minutes where there is a beach, a long promenade, swimming areas, restaurants and sports services (diving, windsurfing); Nearby is Bahía de Forma where you frequent schools and practice windsurfing; The Atlantic Shopping Center with Carrefour and shops is 2 km away. By the nearby highway you reach the southern towns in 15 minutes approx (Playa del Inglés, Maspalomas). Getting to the buses to move around the island is quite close and you only walk 4 minutes to the bus stop to north and 8 minutes to the south and the cost per journey and person is 3.40 euros approx. to the localities of the south (Maspalomas) or to the north Las Palmas de Gran Canaria ... which means 14 euros on average round trip two people. We have very affordable car rental options for that same daily amount Parking in the immediate vicinity of the house is easy and free. It is not unusual to be able to park directly in front of the house door. There are no motorcycle rentals nearby, in case you are interested it is preferable at the airport when you arrive, but you will have to park on the street. At the moment we have no bicycle rental nearby and will have to travel to Playa del Inglés to find one. To fully enjoy the stay, it is STRONGLY ADVISED TO RENT A CAR OR MOTORCYCLE AT THE AIRPORT. There is no motorcycle rental near home although it is close to a car rental but not too cheap. The taxi ride to and from the airport can be 17 euros or more depending on the day night rate. Eventually they can use the line bus service (2.40 e) from the same airport that leaves them 7-8 min from home. Ask the driver to notify them to get off at the "Cruce de Balos" stop. Getting to the buses to move around the island is 4 minutes for the north and 8 minutes for the south; the cost per route and person is of average 3.40 euros approx. to the localities of the south (Maspalomas) or the north (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria)... which means an average of 14 euros per round trip...
