The residence is yours to enjoy, however you need to confirm the number of guests when booking and how many bedrooms are required, as the nightly rate is set at an affordable price with a charge per person, per night, after the first guest. This needs to be done BEFORE your arrival date. 1 bedroom will be opened for 1-2 guests upon request. 2 bedrooms will be opened to 2-4 guests upon request. 3 bedrooms will be opened to 3-6 guests upon request. Access is by secure lock box for easy key collection, with the code sent to you on the day. Always available by phone or message. You are only a short drive from the world-renowned Hunter Wetlands Centre and historic Regal Cinema. Jesmond Stockland shopping village is nearby and features a range of shops and dining options. We are also perfectly situated for access to Newcastle University's Callaghan campus and Hunter Valley Private Hospital. Shortland is an easy drive or direct bus trip from the Newcastle CBD and the city's many shopping centres, dining precincts, beaches and tourist attractions. Very close to the Hunter Expressway with easy access to the Hunter Valley vineyards and Port Stephens areas. Newcastle bus route 47 is the easy way into the Newcastle CBD.
