The house is located 50m from the beach into aseaside settlement. A walking minute away from sandy sallow water beach.Very close you'll find tavernas and in range 500m you'll find mini market, cafes, beach bars and reastaurants.The set is perfect for summer vacations Guests have access to the whole house. In 40m you'll find tavernas "Limanaki Kostadinea" and In 250m you 'll find tavern "peukaki".On the main road heading south in 300m you'll find mini market and "lithari" beach bar.On the main road again but heading north at 400m you'll find farmacy other reastaurants and beach bars. There is a bus mostly 3, 4 times a day to kalamata and near places (Akrogiali, sadova beach, kitries).The bus stop 40m from the house.
