1.5kms from the CBD, even less to Southbank and vibrant West End, this Studio Apartment has a leafy outlook onto a rainforest oasis with your own private back deck. With public transport at your doorstep, and everything just a quick stroll down the road you won't need a car at all. Super close to QPAC, GOMA, Brisbane convention centre, hospitals and the museums. One Queen size bed, Kitchen & bathroom all with leafy outlooks and your own private back deck, washing machine and clothes line. The Studio's Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, two hot plates, a small oven, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee percolator and all cooking utensils and crockery to cook and eat at home. This is a two storey house with a studio apartment downstairs with entry from the back of the property, this will be your entry to the Studio. Upstairs is accommodated with long term tenants. You are completely separate and self contained with your own entry and private back deck. You have access to the back yard. Parking requires a digital permit, please let me know in advance if you will have a vehicle. If available, I will meet you at the property with the keys, otherwise there is a self check in system. Everything is pretty easy to find once you're in, but please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you might have, I always endeavor to answer your question as promptly as possible. The inner city rainforest retreat is close to absolutely everything, with public transport at your door step, or if you're up for a short stroll, a 20 minutes walk will get you to the CBD, Southbank, West End, GOMA, QPAC, QLD Museum, Brisbane Convention Centre, Universities, Hospitals and more. The city at your doorstep all while feeling you are in a secluded rainforest. Public transport is very easy, and you are already so close to everything. There is a bus stop across the road that will take you inbound to the city, or out the front of the house to go outbound. The train station is a 10 minute walk. An uber to the city is less than $10, or you can stroll to the CBD in around 20 minutes. Southbank and West End are just a hop skip and a jump away. Getting around is very easy and very quick. You really are central to everything. There is no off street parking so if you intend on having a vehicle, please let me know before or at check in, so I can register it for VISITOR STREET PARKING for your stay, otherwise the street parking is for a 2 hour maximum and penalties apply if you exceed it.
