There is a gas grill located on the back deck. 35 min from Boston, 30 min from Providence, 2 miles from Wrentham Premium Outlets, 10 min from Gillette Stadium, 45 min to Cape Cod, within striking distance of fall foliage of beautiful New England, 5 min walk to downtown quaint Wrentham Village with plenty of cafes, shops and parks. No public transportation but taxis, UBER, Lyft are a phone call away and a bus line is in nearby Foxboro. The Commuter Train is in nearby Franklin and Norfolk. This is a unique 1905 home with a calming spiritual feel, good for simply relaxing, creating and a perfect alternative to expensive hotels in the area. This is a non-smoking home. However, there is a large comfy deck that you may smoke outside only. No outside fires are permitted. Beautiful Lake Pearl is just at the bottom of our private dead-end road and there is a lovely public beach and boat launch just minutes away. Public access to the Lake can be gained at nearby Sweatt Beach.
