Cozy single room close to transport

A spacious, well presented single room in a cozy family home. We are a friendly family who love meeting people from all backgrounds. This well decorated trim room has a beautiful fire feature fire place. There is a small toilet adjacent to the room. All guests have access to the kitchen, garden, upstairs bathroom and living space with reclining sofas. We have a south facing garden which ensures that sunlight floods the house on bright days. There is also super fast internet. The internet access is one of my favourite. I really miss it when I am not in the house. I am friendly and helpful and will do what I can to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible . I am pleasant and friendly. It is a quiet tranquil neighbourhood There are lots of local supermarkets in the area There are lots of restaurants in the local area There is access to bars, and 1 nightclub in the area The best way to get to central London is to use the central line. This is a 15 minute walk to the station. It is more or less equal distance from Gantshill and Newbury Park. My favourite is Newbury Park. There are also links to bus stop (Hamilton Avenue) just 5 mins away. You can use the fridge. It’s yours. Feel free to cook. However, an office in the common area is private. Apart from that, you are free to use the home.
