Electricity fee is included in the price of 10 KWh per day. Above this consumption, the following rate will be applied: 25 cents per KWh. The reason we are charging extra is, during in high summer or winter season, sometimes consumption can be very high depending on clients habits. We try to keep the consumption into normal.
