Open and airy describes this three story home on the 12th Tee on the River Club Golf Course. Relax on the main level and enjoy the fantastic view of the golf course. The kitchen is fully stocked so whether you are preparing a meal with friends and family or making a late night snack, we’ve got you covered. From pie pans to ice cream maker, and plates and napkins it there for your use. When you’re ready to eat, there’s room for four at the breakfast bar and a table for eight in the dining room. If you prefer to dine outside, step out back onto the porch with a table for lunch and seating area overlooking the golf course and club house the golf course. The open living room has comfortable three (3) leather couches to sit and socialize. A large smart TV awaits you. The formal dining room seats eight complete with dinnerware. Three bedrooms has a queen size bed and private full bathrooms. The largest bedroom has a king size bed, pull out single couch/bed, fireplace, television. You have your personal balcony overlooking the fantastic view of the River Club Golf course. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks with plenty for room for your toiletries, a make up vanity, a full size jacuzzi tub , a walk in glass and tile shower. We provide shampoo, soap, washcloths, lighted makeup mirror, hair dryer, a clothes steamer, iron and ironing board, magic sizing starch, heavy starch, shoe shine brush, tissues, extra pillows, extra blankets, extra sheets, sewing kits, first aid kits, hangers and even jewelry holders. All bedrooms have clocks with USB ports, televisions, fans and its own bathroom for privacy. Of course don’t forget the elevator. Just bring your clothes and your phone! For the boaters, You will have access to the community dock right across the street. You can park your car out of the weather in the two car garage. We recognize the desire for privacy, but live close enough for any situation that may arise. River Club is a quiet two street subdivision right on the Savannah River (public dock is right across the street! The new SRP baseball stadium is within walking distance and will host a variety of events. Shops and restaurants are abound.
