Own floor & bath, parking & breakfast

Enjoy a quiet neighbourhood, easy access to the city center and attractions by public transport, free parking, your privacy and breakfast. Welcome in München! The house is located 10 minutes walk from the train S7 - Mittersendling and several buses. It takes you 15 minutes by train to go to the city centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and relaxing. You´ll hear the birds sing. Oktoberfest is also not far. With the S-Bahn you can reach it in 8 minutes. We offer our guest room in the roof (two floors up) with a double bed (little bigger than queen size) and a sleeping couch (same size) for two more people. Bed clothes and towels are included as well as coffee, tea and a little breakfast. You have your own bathroom with toilet and shower and you have your privacy. You can use our kitchen and enjoy the terrace. Just feel at home ! And if you arrive by car, there is free parking just outside the house on our street. Dogs are welcome, but we will ask more for cleaning. Do you like to go for a run ? Close by there is a beautiful park that is ideal for running. And for a reward you can walk to the beergarden in our neighbourhood. Even though we love to travel, Munich for us is one of the best cities with many things to see and do, our beergardens and traditions (yes, we are real bavarians). We would love to share this passion with you. We speak English, French, Italian and of course German. You'll have our cozy guest room (1 room only, also for 4 people) and a guest bathroom for your exclusive use. Both are on the top floor, so you'll have your privacy. You can use our kitchen and have breakfast/dinner downstairs, if you like. We'll be there as well. We live in the house as well, so if you have questions, we are available.
