Ensuite detached living space with fantastic views

A converted detached, ensuite, living space with fantastic views of our garden and the city of Exeter. This room is a calm and cosy place to rest. A double bed with an armchair and shelves for storage. A small mini fridge is available (to store continental breakfast), but there is no access to a kitchen here - this may be possible for extra charge. Similarly, washing machine and dryer may also be used for extra charge (upon discussion). Parking available on the road. We have a lovely, friendly dog named Luna - she loves to meet and greet guests. Access to garden gate and room is to the left. Generally someone at home most days, but both of us (Erik & Jess) have access to messages and emails should there be a problem and we are not in the main house. St Thomas is up and coming in Exeter. Our house backs on to the beautiful park of Cowick Barton Playing Fields. The local pub is the The Cowick Barton, a gastro pub 50 yards from our front door! A short walk to the shops of St Thomas where you will find all that you need (including great coffee!) and another park to enjoy on a sunny day (St Thomas pleasure ground). A slightly longer walk to The Quay which has lovely coffee shops and restaurants we can recommend. We are on a bus route (A bus), making access to anywhere in Exeter incredibly easy. The closest train station is St Thomas's. Our road is a lovely and quiet, with families throughout. Please respect this. Saying hello and being friendly to Luna will be helpful in getting her used to having you come in and out of the garden. She is an awfully friendly dog. If you are concerned or anxious around dogs, we can arrange she doesn't have to meet you! We do have a TV but no cable, meaning we have an Apple TV where you can log in to Netflix or Hulu or the like or you can stream from your device.
